Preparation for the Appointment with A Fluent Delivery Mobile Notary Public:
1. IDENTIFICATION(S): At least one identification bearing a picture and/or signature and current address, includes any witnesses that may be required;
2. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE or a $0.50 per five (5) minutes may be chargeable, after the scheduled appointment time; 3. Exact change/cash BEFORE commencement of work; 4. MUST COMPLETE all areas of the document in advance of the meeting, EXCEPT signing the document. DO NOT SIGN the document before the arrival and meeting with a Notary Public and all individuals required to sign the document must be present. The usual processing time to notarize your documents will be approximately 10-60 minutes, depending on type of documents. Again, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE NOTARY PUBLIC WAIT. If the Notary Public is made to wait for you to complete your document, a $0.50 per five (5) minutes may be chargeable on the receipt.

Where true copies certifications are required, bring the original documents, as well as the photocopies of the same (exp. an original birth certificate and a photocopy of the birth certificate); 6. An additional document for a Different Purpose (i.e. for a different individual; for a different application) will trigger a new set of fees.
- Same-day appointments are usually available but in order to ensure your appointment is accommodated, schedule an appointment at least one to two days in advance.
- Where availability permits, NO EXTRA FEES for after-hours (up to 5:00 p.m. - additional fees will apply thereafter), urgent, emergency, rush, during the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.), and during the holidays notary services.
